In our contemporary, affluent society, the pursuit of continually enhancing collective well-being and development remains an unfulfilled aspiration. Despite assurances of recovery, resilience, equalisation, and shared wealth, these promises have largely gone unfulfilled, leaving many to grapple with inequality and unmet essential societal needs.
